Please follow the steps mentioned below to create a Superproposal document using the Doc and PDF files.

Go to the Superproposal dashboard page and click on the 'Create New' Button.

Once you click on it, it will redirect you to the template page where you can upload your Doc and PDF file.

Click on the Select button and select the file and click on the open button. Also, you can simply drag and drop your file here to create an Superproposal document.

After upload the file, please enter the required details and click on the 'Create' button

Once you click the Create button, it creates a new section in your Superproposal document based on your document name and all existing pages in the document are automatically organized under the new section.

Superproposal Email Integration with Outlook / Gmail

With this powerful functionality, users can now authenticate their Gmail accounts and Outlook or other accounts effortlessly, unlocking the ability to send proposals directly through the authenticated business email address.

These are steps that you have to follow in order to make this integration work:

Go to your Microsoft 360 account and under security turn on 2-step verification go to the security tab under security Additional Security now click on 2-step verification and follow the instructions.

Now under the 2-step verification you will see an option of App passwords after clicking on the new password it will redirect you to a page there you can generate the

App passwords are auto generated, and should be created and entered once per app.

Now you can use your app password and the outlook mail id for sending the proposals to your clients.

How to add a custom section in Superproposal editor?

On the Superproposal editor page, click on the "Add section (+)" button, on the top-left corner of your screen.

Select the Page flow option and enter the section name. Click on 'Add Section' button.

Similarly, you can add Static section to your Superproposal document.

Once you add the section, it will appear under the section list on the left side of the screen.

A page flow section allows your text to run over onto a new blank page automatically if the content of page is more than one page.

You can re-order the sections you've added to your Superproposal document by clicking on the drag icons to the left of the sections.

After reordering the section, it will also appear in your Superproposal editor and client pdf with an updated sequence.

How to connect with Hubspot?

The Superproposal platform is integrated with Hubspot through REST API’s. Data can be exchanged between the platforms in order to utilize the CRM capabilities.

To utilize this, you must have a login on the Superproposal platform, on https://app.superproposal.com/.

To connect your Hubspot account with Superproposal , click on the Settings option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the Hubspot option under the Integrations tab.

Click on Connect With Hubspot. You will then be redirected to the HubSpot website.

Log into your Hubspot account to authenticate.

Once Superproposal is connected with your Hubspot account. You can sync your All Accounts, All Contacts and, Deals/Proposal from Superproposal to hubspot and vice versa.

How to send an element backward / forward in an Superproposal document?

Select the element (Text box, shapes, images, pdf) which you want to send backward / forward

Click on the backward / forward option from the right side of the screen.

| Note:
Bring to Front:- It brings the element on the front of the page.
Bring Forward:- It moves the element step by step in the forward direction.
Send to Back:- It sends the element at the last of the page.
Send Backward:- It moves the element step by step in the backward direction.

How to recall an already submitted Superproposal document?

Accepted Answer

On the Superproposal dashboard, go to the Superproposal document you want to recall.

Click on the Recall option under the Action option.

Click on the Move to Draft button.

Once you click on it, it will move your Superproposal document to the draft section and you will be able to edit and update it as per your requirement.

| Please Note - This will move the document back to draft stage and send out an email to the client, informing them that the particular document has been made void. Also, you can only recall a document when they are under Sent or Viewed stages.
