How to recall an already submitted Superproposal document?

On the Superproposal dashboard, go to the Superproposal document you want to recall.

Click on the Recall option under the Action option.

Click on the Move to Draft button.

Once you click on it, it will move your Superproposal document to the draft section and you will be able to edit and update it as per your requirement.

| Please Note - This will move the document back to draft stage and send out an email to the client, informing them that the particular document has been made void. Also, you can only recall a document when they are under Sent or Viewed stages.

Select the element (Text box, shapes, images, pdf) which you want to send backward / forward

Click on the backward / forward option from the right side of the screen.

Bring Forward:- It moves the element step by step in the forward direction.
Send to Back:- It sends the element at the last of the page.
Send Backward:- It moves the element step by step in the backward direction.

How to manually update stages of your Superproposal document?

Please follow the steps, to manually update the stages of your Superproposal document.

On the Superproposal document, you can move your Superproposal document from one stage to other stages by dragging it.

While moving the document to Sent, Viewed, Accepted and Declined stages, you will receive a notification that ' You are moving your document to stage. You cannot undo this action action'. Click on the 'Yes, I am sure' option.

When you are moving your document to Sent, Viewed, Accepted, and Declined stage, it will move to that section and the client will not receive any mail regarding the same.

You can move your Superproposal document to the draft stage from the Sent and Viewed stage.

While moving your document from Sent and Viewed stage to the Draft stage, you will receive a notification that 'This contract will be made void and your clients will be informed about the same. Further, it will be moved back to the draft stage where you will get back the editing rights.' Click on the 'Move to Draft' option.

You can not move your Superproposal document from the Accepted to the Draft stage.

How to add an Pricing Table to the Superproposal document?

In Superproposal editor, Go to page on which you want to add an Pricing Table. Click on the 'Add Element' option from the right side of the screen.

Select the Pricing Table option and click anywhere on the page to insert it.

Click anywhere on the page to insert the Pricing Table.

After you've added the Table, you can adjust it anywhere on the page using the adjust icon.

To add more rows to your pricing table, click on the (+) Plus icon at the bottom of the pricing table.

Similarly, you can add more rows in your Total Table by clicking on the (+) Plus icon at the bottom of the total table.

To add more columns to your pricing table, click on the (+) Plus icon from the right side of the pricing table.

You can add product details and prices to the table and all calculations will be done automatically.

Go to your Microsoft 360 account and under security turn on 2-step verification go to the security tab under security Additional Security now click on 2-step verification and follow the instructions.

Now under the 2-step verification you will see an option of App passwords after clicking on the new password it will redirect you to a page there you can generate the

App passwords are auto generated, and should be created and entered once per app.

Now you can use your app password and the outlook mail id for sending the proposals to your clients.
