Superproposal GSuite Business Email Integration

The Superproposal design platform is integrated with Google Authentication. With this powerful functionality, users can now authenticate their GSuite accounts and Outlook or other accounts effortlessly, unlocking the ability to send proposals directly through the authenticated business email address.

To utilize this, you must have a login on the Superproposal platform, on https://app.superproposal.com/

Sending mails using GSuite works only with business mails, make sure the administrator of your mail domain has enabled "domain-wide delegation" for your GSuite domain.

These are steps that you have to follow in order to make this integration work:

To connect your GSuite account with Superproposal, click on the Settings option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the ‘Business Email Integration’ option under the Profile tab.



Click on Sign in with Google. You will, then, be redirected to the Google page.



Log into your Google account to authenticate.

Once your Superproposal account is connected with GSuite. The following details will guide you on how share Superproposal document to client using G Suite email :

In order to submit a document to the client, from the 'Actions' menu, click on the "Review & Submit" option. You will also find this option from the Superproposal dashboard page as well.



You can view your GSuite account details on the Review & Submit page.

From here you can edit and customize the email by changing the subject, body, adding emails to CC or BCC. After that, click on the "Send to Client" button.

The client will receive the email from your name and will have the link to the document. Using that link, he can view, sign and accept the document.
